How long does shipping take?
Australian orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days. Free shipping is available on all Australian orders over $75.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within Australia. International shipping is coming soon!

How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused, unopened items. Please contact us at issydias.business@gmail.com to initiate a return.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
We’re so sorry to hear that! Please email us with a photo of the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.

How do I use the LED Facial Mask?
Use the LED Facial Mask for 10–20 minutes, 3–5 times per week on clean, dry skin. Each colour targets different skin concerns — refer to the product guide included in your package.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Most of our tools are suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. We recommend patch testing any new skincare product before full use.
